Third Age

The Third Age, also known as the Age of Reunification, saw the promotion of Marchioness Melly to the status of Vizier and the embrace of her faerie kind in the Empire. This came immediately after the Second Age, separated only by a year and a day of the Culling.

Improved Relations

Certar were given full citizen rights in the empire, a fact thought long overdue by both sides. The law against miscegenation was reversed and Emperor Cyric legitimized his nightblood son with Mother Tsura, known as the Midnight Empress although she was not married.
The Emperor accepted a fourth wife from the Estival Fey as well, to strengthen relations with the Summer Court. Known as the Four Seasons of Royalty, Mother Tsura and this Orange Fey princess together with the two human wives, the Empresses are frequent patronesses of charity to all three of their races.

New Religion

After the Cult of Purity was outlawed, the common people as well as the court turned to Bhaal and Slaanesh, as well as other, more minor gods. Neither church knows why, however the Penitent Crusade never turns away a good recruit and the Slaaneshi Seraphim always welcome new lovers.

Returning Threats

As the fanatics of the Cult of Purity turn farther from the empire, there are rumors that they have begun to mingle with the kullites and other denizens of the Farscape. This has never been proven and might be a peasant's gossip damaging their reputation, but they don't have any goodwill to give them the benefit of the doubt. This has renewed fears of a new Kullite invasion.
The newly undead Duke Somnus has led to fears that the dead shall rise outside the control of the Crusade. Whether or not this is a founded fear, only Somnus has been found with the affliction so far, making him a wonder.

Some Things Don't Change

The Saranti attempted to resurge after the Culling, hoping the infighting would lead to weakness. Instead they found their own sibling species fighting more savagely against them than even Men. On top of that, the Arirow believed they might finally find freedom. Such a belief has only led to crushed hope and sadder tears as they realize even their blood sides against them.

Guild Expansion

The Twinkforce fell apart as the number of the Guilded expanded, as well as the Sleeping Forest being absorbed into the new Amphitheater of Bones. In an expansion of the Bulwark Accord, the guilds founded the Isle of the Pact, where the [[[Guildless can gather to communicate with the Drachmas and get recruited easier without being forced into the Guild Gate.
